Cristy graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Economics and Art Design in 1984. In 1985, she acquired her series 7 stock brokers license and was employed by Raymond James and Shearson, Lehman, American Express in Denver Colorado. Cristy and her husband David moved to Tucson, Arizona where she started her real estate career as the office manager and accountant for ContraVest, Inc, a multifamily development and construction company.

Prior to founding Integra Land company in 2006 with David, Cristy raised 4 children while also actively managing Clint Properties, Inc, a real estate investment company and winery based in Lake Mary, Florida. Currently, she is controller for Integra and responsible for all accounting and finance related activity for the company and its partnerships. She currently resides with David in Lake Mary, Florida and enjoys visiting with her 4 grown children and growing number of grandchildren.
