While pursuing her degree in Business Administration at the University of Central Florida, Bailey began her career in real estate development as an intern with Integra Land Company in 2019, where she built a strong foundation in multifamily development and project coordination.

After earning her degree, Bailey joined Integra Land Company full-time in 2021 as a Development Associate, contributing to the predevelopment planning and execution of new residential projects. She later advanced to her current role as Predevelopment Manager in 2025. In this position, Bailey oversees early-stage project planning, due diligence, and entitlement processes, playing a key role in bringing developments from concept to reality.
