Courtney McDaniel started working with Integra Land Company in February 2019. She earned a B.A. in Political science with a concentration in economics from Duke University in 2016. After graduation, she worked in  San Francisco as part of a business development team with as start-up known as Smitten Ventures, Inc. before moving to Charlotte, NC. In Charlotte, she worked with a sports marketing firm called MKTG, and focused on client facing relations while also running different client events throughout the year. In addition to her previous work experience, Courtney has worked in the leading office of Integra projects throughout Central Florida.

Courtney’s previous experience has contributed to her transition into Integra’s financial analyst role that includes due diligence oversight, plan coordination with professional consultants, permit application and acquisition; and financial models and proformas on various Integra Land Company projects.
